Hotel Palacete de la Mañara

OVERVIEW

The front of the Hotel Palacete de la ManaraMontejaque is a magical corner of the world! From all directions, whether arriving by foot, bike or even auto the landscape is stunning. Lush vegetation covers rock pinnacles, white washed houses glimmer under sheer limestone cliffs and the calming Guadiaro river flows seemingly at ease despite the region's exciting geography.

Up top in the village square is the Hotel Palacete de La Mañara. Situated in the heart of this wonderful agricultural village, you can enjoy a tapas meal and local wine with the locals or stroll about the many shops displaying their crafts and art work. If you are really ambitious, Montejaque is normally our two day stop from where you can visit Ronda, Granada and the nearby Cueva de la Pileta - home of cave paintings from early/mid Paleolithic up to the Bronze Age.

A room in the hotelPepe, your proud host is a local villager who displays exceptional care for his clients. His comfortable hotel provides bright, tidy rooms - many with terraces onto the square and all with ensuite facilities. The Lounge area, with an open fireplace, makes a popular meeting place for our guests while on warmer days, the pool is the place to hang out! Breakfast and Dinner are served in two traditionally decorated rooms and the food is prepared to the highest standard.
